Join our Chrysalis Loyalty program and get rewarded for what you spend in the salon. Spend $40 and you will receive 4 points. Accumulate 40 points and you can start spending!

Chrysalis Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Once you have 40 points you can put them towards any Beauty Service of your choice with the exception of seasonal special promotion
2. Chrysalis loyalty points will not expire, so you can save up your points and use it when you require
3. When receiving your reward, you will receive additional points only for the actual amount spent after claiming your reward
4. Rewards cannot be redeemed for products
5. Rewards cannot be redeemed as cash
6. Receive special invitations to events
7. Receive specials every month

MOBILE PHONES
As a courtesy to all our clients we request during treatments for your phone to be switched off, thank you.

LATE APPOINTMENTS
We want you to enjoy your full treatment.  So please arrive on time as we don’t want to shorten your appointment. Late arrivals may mean we may not be able to honour your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

1. 24 hours notice on cancellations is required.
2. Any deposits paid in advance will not be refunded unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Treatments lasting 2 or more hours require a 50% deposit on booking.
4. As we are fully booked on a Saturday a 50% deposit is required for  treatments lasting over 1 hour as late cancellation means we can not always accommodate all clients.

WAIT LIST
Sometimes we have last minute cancellations that we are unable to fill. Would you like to go onto our Waiting List? We will text you to advise we have had a cancellation.  If you are able to get to the salon by the specified you could be lucky enough to receive a 30% off your treatment.
